Breast reduction

Breast reduction surgery is indicated for voluminous and heavy breasts, causing breathing difficulties, back and shoulder pain, abnormal posture and discharge under the breasts (skin maceration).

These things lead to a decline in confidence of the patient and interfering with her daily activities.

The results from operations are: breasts smaller, more attractive shape (natural look) and a presentation of the patient's confidence, with the removal of health problems associated with this disorder.

The surgery is performed under general anesthesia, the patient receiving hospital care.

Incisions are made around the areolas, and vertically below the areolae submammary ditch. They excised the excess skin and breast tissue and nipple complex is areolo-ascended.

Recovery takes about 24-48 hours. The stitches are removed in 10-14 days.
