Cosmetic surgery can achieve these requirements: the surgery is performed under local anesthesia, and uses hymen remnants or vaginal mucosa to form a new hymen. The new formed hymen will work as a natural hymen which will tear during the first sexual intercourse after surgery.
The surgery is performed in ambulatory surgical conditions (rest and with cooperation from the patient).
